I visited this dental office for one visit and never returned. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and was charged for an X-ray that I should not have paid for.
Absolutely amazing! Best dentistry money can buy PLUS an amazing staff running the front office. Casey is incredible! She goes above and WAY beyond to help patients with any and all billing concerns - beyond impressive. I don't think I've ever met someone so good at their job. Can't recommend this place enough.
Follow up from my previous review from last week. I asked for a call from a supervisor, owner, and/or manager last week and still haven’t received a call back. I’m shocked, disappointed and feel like I have been completely let down by this dental practice. Honestly, shame on all of you. I initially had a good experience there. On a subsequent visit though, I was told that I needed Invisalign that would cure my chronic tinnitus. I have never been told that before in the number of dentists I have visited in my life. My tinnitus is neurological and not from TMJ. Further, the dentist told me that I had a cavity and needed to get it fixed. When I took the X-Rays to another dentist, he could not see any cavity. Stay away from this place. They will overcharge you for services and then take you for a ride when you ask for a refund (even after providing documentation straight from the insurance company). I've been chasing my money for months now and still waiting for the promised refund.
