Called on Thursday to have a floral arrangement for my wife’s birthday ready for Saturday lady that helped me was super nice and helpful said she would make it and make it very pretty I come in on Saturday and the flowers are not ready and they have no notes or any idea that I even called and said the lady didn’t write anything down.
