I just finished speaking with a staff member at the firm, and unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve encountered unprofessional and discourteous behavior when attempting to schedule a consultation with Attorney Plappert. Attention Veterans!!!! I am a disabled veteran and went with Melissa because she was a veteran and said they take pride in assisting disabled veterans with their family law issues. Well, that’s the furthest thing from the truth. Extremely unprofessional, lost paperwork multiple times, and accepted deals from the other party against my wishes. If there was zero stars to give. I would do it. My husband and I were in a car accident in March of 2025. We hired this law firm and was assigned to lawyer Stanley Platterts. We never met with lawyer one time and had asked to come in and seat with him to go over our case. His assistant always had excuses at to why we could set up something to come into the office.
