I am a dentist, and I had a very disappointing experience at this sleep center. If this is how they treat a fellow healthcare professional, I can only imagine how other patients are treated. When I first called to schedule my study, they claimed they didn’t have my authorization on file even though I had a copy of it in hand. They refused to accept it, saying it “could be fraudulent.” Why would I waste my time creating a fake authorization for a medical test?
