We recently lost our beloved dog; we were feeling wretched, he was the centre of our lives for seven years. We were surprised and cheered when The Dandenong Veterinary Hospital sent us a lovely bouquet of white flowers from the Flori Shoppe. White, just like our Bowie who was a Swiss Shepherd Malamute cross. We were very touched by this gesture, and impressed by the delivery gentleman who had been given our old address incorrectly. From the moment I called to order some flowers to them being delivered, it was a pleasant experience.The bouquet was even more beautiful than what is on the website. Delivery happened within a few hours.
This place is a rip Off. Was charged $100 for a sympathy arrangement only to find out Hallam square florists do the same arrangements for half the price. Also, the Asian guy wanted to charge me $5 for a card even though I showed him it's clearly marked at $2.
