Single worst restaurant experience in last 30 yrs. Calamari was damp and soaked in oil served on top of a napkin. New York strip was NOT a strip (even the bartender and GM with 50+ yrs combined was so agreed it wasn’t a strip, but the chef actually came out and argued with me about it). Was less than a 1/2” and looked like Jo strip any of us had ever seen Returned it and Ordered a pasta instead. Came out in a centimeter of separated oil. Disgusting!!! Super disappointed in JW restaurant. Scallops are tiny. No ribeye on menu (in Chicago of all places). They were out of the Lamb. I ordered pasta with beef cheek (I sent it back as it MAY have had ~1 oz of meat. It was just a plate of white noodles). The broccoli was perfectly cooked. Also the salmon in in bar is farm raised :-/
