The night shift nurses are horrible. ZZZZZZZZZZZZ They need to stay awake serve the patients and sleep at their home off the clock! RIDICULOUS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

If I could give no stars, I would. Leadership is missing from this place, and that was evident when we continually had to meet with the nursing director. She is a cold, angry lady who lacks any sort of compassion. She never held any of her staff accountable for their laziness or horrific actions (including one incident that we had to involve the Florence Police Department). She constantly lied face to face and over the phone. Cleanliness was not a priority at this facility.

do not take your family here if you really care for them. first, when i took my mom to this place i was very worried because of the horror stories you hear about some of these places. my mom has Afib very badly and cant move on her own at the moment. i was assured they would give her everything she needs. i was told they would bring her out of the room to socialize because i told them she is not one to sit in a room alone. they assured me no problem. a week later, i find out that it is the opposite. my mom became depressed. ... read more
