Room; very comfortable bed, clean small shower/toilet area. Coffee/Tea making supplies. Location; Easy short walk to cafes & restaurants further along Brisbane Street. Breakfast; Excellent! The breakfast/kitchen staff were very friendly & helpful. Only criticism; The hall & verandah lights were left on over night and the room wasn't 100% completely dark - but it was fine.
Well appointed, staff excellent, a walk to the city. Ample parking . Breakfast was delicious ,would highly recommend if you are visiting Launceston , this is the place to stay
Highly recommend this hotel. It’s a lovely property dating back to the late 1800’s. Located across from the city park. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
A brilliant location in Launceston, easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of parking onsite, we didn’t need our car for going out to eat or drinking. Our room was very clean, neat and tidy. The breakfast served was more than we were expecting and very elegantly done, we felt like royalty. The City Park over the road was a magnificent place to stroll and rest, the controlled monkey display was very interesting.
