The customer service experience at this store is wonderful. Purchased both tile and flooring here at competitive prices. When another retail supplier didn’t come through, Patrick did a great job sourcing product through a different supplier and getting product ahead of schedule. Staff is front and centre in this shop so no hunting for help or feeling like you’re not welcome. Samples are well laid out, clean and well organized. Lots of helpful product suggestions from staff and friendly store vibe. Highly recommend!
