Four (4) years of existing in a disastrous renovation of a much needed and thought-out 'healthy' 1350sq ft customized home that subsequently can not be fixed due to poorly installed porcelain tile by John, has come to an end. False documentation, misrepresentations, ignored requests for remediation by Victor Fayant; and no assistance from the Tile & Marble Association of Canada, or the BBB, added insult to injury. I went in today to see what I can use on my hardwood floors as they are always streaky. I have 2000 sq. Ft. Of hardwood to wash. They suggested I spay them with a spray bottle and wipe with a cloth. This would take hours! The salesman suggested I use bleach and water or Mr. Clean and water. I walked out and went to a different place where I received all the help and info I needed.

A big shout out to Victor Fayant and his team for their professionalism , kindness and excellence service in the installation of carpets in my home , it has made my home feel cozy and inviting once again . Highly recommend to anyone wishing to update their home flooring .. Thank you once again , will definitely be back 😊
