A year and a half ago we build a new house and we used the national flooring laminate flooring and it is the worst laminate flooring I have ever seen chips and scuffs super easy !! We tried to warranty it and they wouldn’t stand behind there product!! Definitely won’t be buying anything from monteriors flooring again!!!
If there was an option for a negative 1 star review I would do it. We built a new house over a yr and half ago and we got flooring from Monteriors and the rep told us that this flooring has a 25yr warranty and we thot thats wonderful we will go with that. He never told us that the floorings warranty isn’t covered because we installed it our self. My husband has been doing construction for over 15yrs he is more than capable of doing it himself and doing the right way. It literary has chips and dings almost on every piece. I u... read more

If your project is not a new build or $$$ they won't give you the time of day. Used them for carpet install on a house we bought due to them installing the original flooring. Service was just okay and their third party contractors left some pretty significant damage. Needed to add some blinds to match existing windows and reached out to them again, stopped in to talk to their guy in that department, he informed me he would reach out to the supplier and never heard back.
