Good flooring selection, some of the shadiest sales people out there. Glad to be done with them.
You guys do a great job. I did notice on a job site I was working at recently, that the contractors trash can was filled with brand new cardboard, from your delivery You should give your delivery crew time to recycle, as much as possible. Or ask the contractor to do it?
I had a great experience all around. The team set realistic expectations and delivered on-time and as promised. We hit some unexpected headaches from the shotty work the previous flooring company did before I owned the home. Monteriors stayed in communication and jumped through a bunch of hoops to work through those.
