The Flooring Gallery was great to work from spending time in the show room to the final installation of new carpeting in our upstairs bedrooms. They have now installed all of the flooring in our home - laminate in 2021 and carpet in 2025
Did not show up for 1st appointment for measurements. For installation, they showed up without notification. We were only given estimate of 1st week of the month. Poor communication with installers due to langauge barrier. Flooring was not laid out properly and does not look good (one huge dark area in middle of livingroom. There was no dust containment (vacuum attachment on tools or plastic around doorways of areas) during removal of tile. It set off our smoke detectors. Dylan & Joe did an amazing job installing hardwood floor in our living room. This is the second time we’ve trusted The Flooring Gallery and they are the best in Logan County!
He worked hard to complete the job, and he was very enjoyable to have around. I love my new carpet, and just in time for Christmas.
