Really good costumer service. They help you with any questions you have. Flooring is really nice.
Andrew and Martin are experts with flooring. The order process was easy and I was able to get samples each flooring I chose. I recommend purchasing your floors from The Flooring Factory. Pricing is reasonable and cheaper than directly from the manufacturer.
Made multiple visits here and also went to other flooring stores. Service was superior here. Martin was super helpful and patient each and every time we stepped foot here. Super excited to get my new flooring. Can’t wait to share pictures after installation!
