we had some problems with McMillan product but the store manager was quick to contact us and resolve the issue and replace the planks. we just had to cover the labor. overall, the purchase process was great and after sale support is also great.

The team did a fantastic job accommodating a complex purchase request. I needed to purchase flooring earlier than I needed to install it. They accommodated the request and price locked the rate which was a huge help. Martin helped with the purchase process and it was a breeze. Ultimately we found the store because they sold a brand I was recommended but I was impressed by the level of service given to accommodate me as a first time customer.
