Wonderful experience with this location. Martin was very helpful and knowledgeable about flooring options and most importantly was flexible with my schedule. I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs and will certainly be back in the future.
The team did a fantastic job accommodating a complex purchase request. I needed to purchase flooring earlier than I needed to install it. They accommodated the request and price locked the rate which was a huge help. Martin helped with the purchase process and it was a breeze. Ultimately we found the store because they sold a brand I was recommended but I was impressed by the level of service given to accommodate me as a first time customer.
