During the sales process, I was told that the product was highly durable and resistant to almost everything — in fact, the sales team even demonstrated by scratching the sample with a sharp object to show it wouldn’t chip. we had some problems with McMillan product but the store manager was quick to contact us and resolve the issue and replace the planks. we just had to cover the labor. overall, the purchase process was great and after sale support is also great.
