Walked in as a non customer to ask for a help with a floor I had installed myself a few years ago that was lifting in places. They were very helpful with my options and a solution that will give me a few years more wear with my floor. Thanks fellows. When it's time to redo the floor I will be back.
I originally put a great review based on the service, and they are very friendly and nice however, when I was finally installing the floors the plastic chipped away easily causing me massive problems. I've installed these types of floors before, and this was a cheap substandard product. Obviously the outlet I bought them from didn't make them however quality assurance is important with any and every company. Do your research.
