They had the best customer service! I had flooring that was very difficult to find because it was discontinued and they helped me find a match for my floors. They shipped it on time and followed up with me after, I would use them for all my flooring needs.
I was looking for a specific type of floor, which was very hard to find as the production stopped a few months ago. I was lucky to find it on The Flooring Advisor website. Ordering process was smooth and when I reached out to their customer service to add a couple of boxes to existing order, this was handled immediately without any questions. Laryssa was a pleasure to communicate with and I received the order as promised. Highly recommend!
