I walked into the Floor Trader Outlet in Dothan, Alabama looking for flooring for my hallway. Wasn’t sure what I wanted and had a lot of questions about the different floorings. Henry was amazing! He answered all of my questions and even showed me a sample of the different thicknesses (in mils) of the wear layers that protects the flooring, which was really helpful because it can be confusing when you start talking about mils and millimeters in the same conversation. The store was fine, and the lady who helped us was wonderful. They had a wide variety of all flooring and kitchen and bathroom back splashes. The granite had lower prices than I've seen at other places. I'm not really up on flooring prices and can not accurately describe their pricing. I saw a lot of products on sale and other markdowns. For installation, they use independent contractors. There was a relaxed feeling while shopping, I was not hurried, and the wonderful lady made sure my questions were answered.
