The floor trader is the only place I go for flooring. Rob and his crew are friendly and knowledgeable. Always have great selections to choose from. Worth the drive every time. I recently purchased new flooring for my living area and a bathroom and they are beautiful.
Purchased flooring from Floor Traders, our bad experience started at the register when the manager pushed one of the employees off the register to ring up our purchase, which was a little uncomfortable of a situation. Floor Traders recommended an installer they had used in the past which was a team of a couple installers since we were needing furniture moved. Years after installation, we had a flooding issue and when taking the floor apart, the installer never put down a 6 mil polyethylene barrier which is recommended for the floor we bought to be used when installing onto concrete
