No nonsense sales people who work quick and efficiently. We were able to get new carpet in our townhome amazingly fast. Great prices on in stock inventory. Measured and installed in the same week. Tom was extremely helpful when we were working on a tight schedule.
To say I’m happy with my experience, would be an understatement. We previously got a quote from Home Depot that we thought was high. So we decided to get a quote from flor traders. They quoted much less for practically the same carpet! Drew was so helpful from start to finish as we were working with a very tight deadline. I will definitely be using floor traders again when we change the flooring in kitchen/bathroom.
