I would give them a zero if I could. The demo crew damaged every single door and door frame in my house and dented and dinged all of the walls. The crew did not show up when they were supposed to or would sit in their car for half of the day instead of working. It took over a month for them to demo the old floor and install the new floor. Then they did not even install any of the transition strips that I paid for and they stole the extra boxes of flooring. Does not service Daphne or Spanish Fort at the moment. Told project manager said not in scope to service area at this time. Was not even given estimate to do quote or estimate on availability to service area.
Absolutely awesome customer service! After several months, and maybe years, of deciding what to do with our old floors we are sooo happy to chosen the Floor Store. Andrea and Rodney guided us through every step of the selection process and their suggestions and knowlege of flooring was invaluable. Their commitment to our satisfaction was unparelleled. We finally decided on a beautiful French Oak that looks spectacular in our house. Thanks again for everything!
