We came to the Floor Store because the business we have used for the past 40 years closed in retirement. Although I wanted ceramic tile, the Floor Store does not carry it, and we really did not have time to continue shopping. Kevin was quick in getting the rooms measured, although there was a problem with the shipment that caused a delay in installation. If not for that, I'd give five stars. Our house is old, and there was a lot of water damage to the old floor, but the installers were so professional, careful and efficient.... read more
