Went to store to schedule an appointment to possibly purchase from a locally owned business. Entered store and was immediately accosted by a pet, which was friendly, but still in a business setting pet should have been kept away from area where business was to be conducted. Scheduled an appointment at the end of visit, so I thought, for the 8th of September, which I put in my phone calendar to remind me, representative took my info,and said that I would receive a reminder of the appointment via text. The flooring that the store helped me pick out was a great choice. We brought in paint colors and went through several boards before finding the perfect fit. Installers were professional, courteous, and very friendly. Highly recommend The Bethalto Floor Store for that personal touch and top notch customer service.
I would highly recommend The Bethalto Floor Store! After my recent experience with Kaylee and her installers, I will not go anywhere for any future flooring needs. Kaylee was quick to come out and measure, pull flooring samples, give advice and timely schedule the install. The day of the install, the installers were very kind and professional. They worked quickly and the finished job was high quality!
Got new carpet in my bedroom today. I love it! It is so so super soft. It is not the latest style but it works so well for me. I am a cancer survivor and have significant neuropathy. I need soft textures and lots of cushion. Kaylee, the owner, was so patient with me and showed me her best options for flooring. The installer John was also a pleasant professional. Great job to the whole team.
We purchased carpet for our living room, dining room and hallway and from our initial visit, through completion was a complete joyful experience. Kaylee and Kacee are both easy to work with, they fit our schedule, Jared and Frank, the installers were more than polite, knew their business and made our rooms look beautiful. We would highly recommend Kaylee and her crew for any of your flooring needs, they are super!!!! An added bonus is that adorable little Doug in their showroom!!! He's a show stopper too!!!!!
