We just had The Bethalto Floor Store install flooring for the third time. This time we had laminate and it turned out great! The new owner, Kaylee is easy to work with and worked to ensure all of our questions were answered and our needs met. From product selection to install our experience was great. Kaylee helped us select quality products that we love and were within our budget. We were able to get our products installed quickly once we decided what we wanted. The installers themselves were professional and did a great job!
Installed a floor for me a few years ago and it is falling apart. This is the second time this has happened. After the first floor failed, I was told by The Bethalto Floor Store that I needed some "leveler or filler". Installers came out and installed the floor. Everything looked great for about a year. Then it all fell apart. Move on to 2025, and they now have a new owner. Good luck trying to reach anyone at this shop.
