Excellent Prices and Customer Service – My family has been buying flooring from The Floor Store for over 15 years and always been very satisfied. I once had to pull my carpet back to access a water pipe. I called to have The Floor Store stretch my carpet back for me. The guys came out and did the work and handed me an invoice that said no charge for the service and asked me to refer them to other people which is what I'm doing now very happily.

Worst customer experience ever – My wife and I spent over $4,000 in the past few months replacing our floors with new laminate hardwood flooring. The first run of installation and customer services were fine. However, we we went to get the remainder installed, we were over charged and the labor was poor. The owner communicated we would have our current hardwood taken up and removed before installation of the new hardwood flooring. This was not done!
