We went in with high hopes after we saw the high rating. Unfortunately, we cannot agree with that rating. The customer service was non-existent. We entered the shop and our presence was barely acknowledged, and even then only after we offered a greeting first. I recently had my existing hardwood floors removed and replaced by the Floor Shop on Wicksteed with a pre-finished Vintage flooring. I was very nervous about how the installation team would fit around all the rads and furniture that was attached to a wall. The job was very challenging, but went well without a hitch. Call and ask them questions, they know a lot. (And their installers succeeded on floor work that a lot of other contractors were struggling with.) Great customer service - great work - call these people first for sure.

Following some water damage I had to replace the entire floors in my condo. The owner, his son, the installers, the staff that organizes the process did an amazing job while we faced delays and other unexpected problems, I had to be very patient, but in the end it was all worth it, my floors are simply exquisite, I recommend this company very highly, as I judge their success by the professional in dealing with unforeseen circumstances. They are in it with you, you can trust them, they deliver!

Quick and easy process. Amazing installation. Went above and beyond in a difficult space to get maximum coverage and maximize the aesthetic appeal. We purchased TORLYs Vinyl Arena series Béliveau style and everyone who sees it, loves it! Our basement was transformed from a dull and empty room into our 2 and a half year olds dream play space.
