The Floor Shop installed new flooring in the party room of our condo and did a fabulous job. They started and finished on time with no mess. Susan in the store was super helpful as we went back and forth with various samples, pricing, etc. Thank you Susan!
We recently had Wojciech and Marco install Vintage White Oak Nautilus Smooth (3/4 inch) engineered hard wood floors in our condo (along with 4.5” baseboards) and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Most of their installers have been there with them for over 20+ years, with Wojciech for 40 years. We could tell that they are truly pros! I went in with high hopes after seeing their great reviews but I have to agree with the negative ones. Two ladies just sat at their desks the entire time I was asking for help, one was very sarcastic where the other one shouted out directions inside the store when I asked questions. I was the only person in the store and they showed no interest in having my business. Response to the owner: how likely is it someone else came in looking for a repair to a 20 year old floor? We went in with high hopes after we saw the high rating. Unfortunately, we cannot agree with that rating. The customer service was non-existent. We entered the shop and our presence was barely acknowledged, and even then only after we offered a greeting first. We were not offered assistance in any way…nothing along the lines of “What can I help you with today.” I asked a question about a specific type of flooring suitable for a floating installation, and was told “all of it.” No offer to show me anything or to talk about the... read more
