We have used The Floor Shop on three separate occasions, and unfortunately our experience declined significantly with each project. Our first experience was excellent. The team installed LVP and LVT over the existing flooring in both our kitchen and large basement. The Floor Shop consistently goes above and beyond for their customers. They laid the beautiful wood and tile floors in new house 8 years ago as well as all carpeting.
