If I could give these guys a 0 I would. I left a message last Friday and received a call back making an appointment for Monday this week 9AM. I waited patiently until 10AM and left a message that I was waiting per appointment. THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! I left a message yesterday with no response. People use a RELIABLE contractor. Stay far away from these guys;!
After a flood ruined all my carpet. The floor guys were fantastic. Came right in gave us the service you want. New LVT floors look great! Ernie and his staff were top notch. I highly recommend.

After several years of talking about it, we found The Floor Guys & scheduled them in to replace our 30+ year old carpet and replace/repair our bathroom floor, and install new tile. The entire process was very easy from the new carpet/padding and flooring options and pricing to keeping us updated on installation progress. We LOVED the beautiful, quality job that Ernie and Butch did, so much that we immediately scheduled our very old back porch entrance floor to also be replaced.
