Requested quote and showed up right away. Seem professional and haven't moved forward yet. Seemed honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. That's all I have so far.
We used Chet and The Floor Guy for our hardwood floors two years ago and had a great experience. We had just purchased a home and there was laminate flooring down. He did the removal of the laminate, clean up and refinish on the hardwood, all while we were out of town. Everything was smooth, price was reasonable and the finished product looks excellent. It's been two years and they still look good even with two kids and a dog.
Great work for a great price. Definitely recommend.
If I could, I would give zero stars to Chet. It all started out well… He responded immediately when I had contacted him through Angie’s List to get a quote, and we had originally set up a date and time for an estimate on 6/23 at 12 PM. When he hadn’t shown and I hadn’t heard from him by 12:10 PM, I called him, and he said he was just finishing a job and would be coming straight to me, but by the time he would get here, there wouldn’t be time for the estimate.
