I have hired a lot of contractors, and she is without a doubt, one of the easiest ones I’ve ever dealt with, she goes the extra mile to make sure things are done the way you want them and interjects her own stylish ideas to the mix…. TheFloorGallery came in and replaced the carpets with high-quality engineered hardwood throughout our three bedrooms. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring Eli and her team. We hired them to renovate two bathrooms, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The workmanship was sloppy, many details were rushed, and the project ended up costing us significantly more money in the long run due to mistakes that had to be corrected.
