I had the floor done as a surprise for my husband in 2013, floor was great for many yrs then around the 8-9 yr mark, it was starting to lift in areas here they had patched the concrete. I sent photos and called, they answered the first time but once I explained what was going on.....crickets. My floor had a 10 yr warranty, it was still under warranty, they would not even come and take a look or offer any repair. I paid 6k to have the floor done, now it is a mess.
