Our water heater failed. When the plumber came to replace it, he discovered it had been leaking, damaging the floor. He recommended I call The Flood Guys. My house was built in 1964, renovated in the 1970s, and again in the 1990s. The laundry room floor was like an archaeological dig of layers of flooring.
