RecommendedI have never done float spot but will definitely do again it was amazing total relaxation in the pod. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and facility is clean and well maintained. I did evening appt and honestly sleep like a baby. It’s was great to disconnect and just be in silence and relaxing.
what an amazing experience
This place is amazing. I’ve been really anxious and stressed lately, floating for the first today really helped with that. I’ve felt refreshed, calm, and energized. I’m definitely recommending this to people.
I am a hyper person and I cannot be still and going and floating in the tank for 60 minutes I was so relaxed I did not have anything on my mind it was The best experience ever had and I’m going back So happy I found the float spot

Always an amazing experience. Today I popped in to help eliminate toxins and a serious shoulder/neck pain. However my previous visits have been to relax and meditate. Honestly can’t think of a better way to spend an hour.
We visited Frisco two weeks ago and my wife setup an appointment for a 30 minute float and water massage. This was our first time and we were not sure what to expect. Ray was very reassuring on what to and not to expect. The atmosphere there is calm and serene and matches the whole experience perfectly. I left more relaxed than I have ever been from any massage therapy or meditation practices I have tried. I cannot wait to visit again and float for an hour! This is an amazing experience and recommend it to anyone to at least try it. The stafff is very knowledgeable and attentive. I can’t wait to go back.
