So prior to a few months ago I never had floated. I thought it was all hokum. But I am officially a convert. I have dealt with CP and a herniated disc in my back, and thanks to Aqua massage and 2x a week 1 hour float, stiffness and pain is at a minimum. I also love the mental reset the float gives. Bottom line, you want to feel like a wet noodle? Go see Jared, Zach and Ray at the Float Spot!���
Great escape from life's daily stress . Your body & mind achieved calmness . It's nice to be in pure silence for a change . You feel tension free at the end . The place is very clean & the staff is wonderful
Really unique experience. The staff is fantastic & not intrusive at all. Facilities were spotless, and loved that they provide earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The float itself is hard to describe, but it's amazing. Took me a while to really relax into it, but once I did, it was perfect. Time seriously ceased to exist. When the music came on to signal that my 90 minutes were up, I couldn't believe it! It seemed like 5 minutes had passed. The facility in Frisco is a bit of a drive for me, but I will definitely be back. I ... read more

It's the 3rd time I have been to this amazing place. It feels like as soon as you walk in , you just begin to relax. The staff is great, and It's nice to just step into a place where nobody can find you !
