I went to the Lexington Float Loft with my mother for her 75th birthday. Neither of us had floated before so didn’t quite know what to expect. We were greeted warmly and enthusiastically by the attendant on duty. She gave us a thorough and clear orientation of how everything works and soothed our mild anxieties. Did my first cold plunge and float here. The whole experience was fantastic and very relaxing! Highly recommend trying it out if you have never been! They provide everything for you and the staff is very helpful and happy to answer any questions you may have. Will definitely be back!
My husband and I have been here twice this month! First started with a float experience for both of us. They were very understanding of us wanting different float experiences and changed his float from the room to the pod because it was available. Today we came back for 1 hour massages and the IR sauna. The staff are amazing and kind. We plan to keep trying new services and combinations!
