The rudest, pass aggressive, unprofessional receptionist I have ever experienced. Ive been having pains in my stomach for weekal and was referred to the via my Doctor. Walked in an right off the bat l she acted like it was an inconvenience that I even showed up. Do not waste your time
Despite checking out the reviews before coming to this location, I decided to take a chance. I got there right at 8:45am when they're supposed to open, and though the receptionist was pleasant, she mentioned that the only technician that worked there wasn't here yet, so a backup technician would be called in and wouldn't arrive till maybe 10am or so. My experience here was TERRIBLE. First off the receptionist attitude is so rude. She is over the age of 60 and you can definitely tell her mannerisms are non existent she was rude when she answered the phone and even rude when I got there. I have had a million ultra sounds as I have three children I was sent for an ultra sound I have blue cross blueshield and she tried to tell me that my co pay was $295 . They were so kind. The clinic that did my referral was not in their system so they had to do a lot to get this all updated. The two ladies who were working in the front reception area were so sweet. It did not take long and they were short handed so really working well together to keep things moving along. I will use them from now on when I need any imaging done that is not an emergency. They were less than half the cost of anywhere else I called.
Not the first time here and the receptionists always being so rude!
