We stopped in without an appointment and the team was able to accommodate a tour. They took their time, gave us a great tour and helped us fill out an application. Wonderful experience.
Be careful! Protect yourself from misleading “no deposit” fees, crazy move-out charges, everyday noise, poor unit design, and even cockroach problem. For everyone checked their page, the "0 deposit" fee is attractive right? They require a $36 fee for EVERY MONTH and the fee will NOT be used as deposit when you moved out. I would be grateful if any of the agent told me that but no body did that before I moved in and even renewed my lease… Yes, I paid the extra every month for YEARS and was charged OVER $1,000 at move-out. At first glance, the building sells you an image: a fancy lobby and a rooftop terrace. But once you actually live here, the reality is very different. Apartments are poorly designed and finished with cheap materials — they even used the same pressed wood for both kitchen and bathroom cabinets, which looks low-quality and tacky.
