We stopped in without an appointment and the team was able to accommodate a tour. They took their time, gave us a great tour and helped us fill out an application. Wonderful experience.

Be careful! Protect yourself from misleading “no deposit” fees, crazy move-out charges, everyday noise, poor unit design, and even cockroach problem. For everyone checked their page, the "0 deposit" fee is attractive right? They require a $36 fee for EVERY MONTH and the fee will NOT be used as deposit when you moved out. I would be grateful if any of the agent told me that but no body did that before I moved in and even renewed my lease… Yes, I paid the extra every month for YEARS and was charged OVER $1,000 at move-out. At first glance, the building sells you an image: a fancy lobby and a rooftop terrace. But once you actually live here, the reality is very different. Apartments are poorly designed and finished with cheap materials — they even used the same pressed wood for both kitchen and bathroom cabinets, which looks low-quality and tacky. Floors are uneven (one of our dining chairs couldn’t even slide under the table), and there’s no proper threshold between carpet and tile in the bedrooms, so you end up tripping every time you walk in... read more
