Friendly and helpful staff, that includes front desk and facilities. Great location. Didn’t hike rent like most places do when you renew. Little expensive for Tucson. Only apt complex with chargers onsite. A pool and hot tub would be nice. Patio and movie theatre. very nice. Overall great experience.
I had a great experience with The Flin, especially thanks to Kelsey at the front desk. She guided me through everything I needed, answered all my questions with respect and professionalism, and made the whole process much easier. Truly appreciated her help!
I just moved after living there for 2.5 years to a different city. The Flin is a great spot, I will miss it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Work orders are completed ASAP. Nice quality apartment, pretty quiet throughout. Clean amenities, didn’t have to join a gym. Location was perfect, right near everything but still in a quite spot. Great balcony view!!
