I had heard that Rod has developed something special in his mobility protocols so after years of trying to improve my own mobility and performance between Muay Thai and general training I came in to see what it was all about. Mans a wizard, first sesh and feeling lighter and more agile on my feet. Body moving more fluidly and less pain post training. Thanks Rod.

Am half way through a training program with this amazing man. Challenging and so effective. A great way to reset your body, and fabulous for mature bodies.
What a legend! I met Rod on the street this morning when I was looking for a coffee and he mentioned he was a flexibility coach. He gave me an impromptu lesson on how to properly stretch out my hamstrings and I felt the release immediately. It's had me pumped for the rest of the day . You've got a new customer, I cant wait to have a proper session.
