What a legend! I met Rod on the street this morning when I was looking for a coffee and he mentioned he was a flexibility coach. He gave me an impromptu lesson on how to properly stretch out my hamstrings and I felt the release immediately. It's had me pumped for the rest of the day . You've got a new customer, I cant wait to have a proper session.

I randomly met Rod at the Crown gym and he kindly arranged about 10 minutes of stretching / flexibility. Best stretch I have had. He's a magician. I will aim to use his services over the next couple of months.

Rod is a great flexibility coach who really takes the time to break things down clearly. He explains each movement in a way that’s easy to understand and always works at your pace. I recommend if you’re looking to improve your flexibility with guidance that’s both patient and effective.

Hi everyone! Just had my 1st session with Rod! I expected it to be the best thing I have ever done though I didn’t expect to get so emotional about something that made me so enthusiastic about what is to come! I improved my speed so much in such a short amount of time and my movements flowed like water with so much relaxation and range of motion that I didn’t know I could accomplish!!!! Will recommend and refer The Flexibility Whisperer to everyone close to me. Grateful in every way possible, Kevin.
