Forced the community to switch to bilt payments which further complicates trying to pay rent with a roommate. This system (by choice of the manager) does NOT allow you to split payments in any fashion, even if you're paying in full on the first of the month. It also has all of your information (including CC#s and SS#s!!!) loaded in when you sign up - I know it's a trusted source but gosh that's creepy and unwanted. They use third parties for everything.
