I would steer clear of this complex. We’ve only lived here short of a year and have had an unpleasant experience. 1. No hot water - the water heater has been a frequent issue. We’ve had to call multiple times just to request assistance, and when maintenance does finally come, they play with it and say they can’t do anything. It’s definitely needing to be investigated ASAP‼️Incorrect information as they use 22959 E smoky Hill rd for the Corporate Office; but after investigation it is false we did figure out a JLL real estate has a part of this activity so It’s under investigation , so it if you are thinking of taking any action the law way be sure to include the people working at this office so the can have charges put on them as well‼️🧹

Complejo habitacional muy seguro y hermoso
Lived there for years and it USED to be great (clean, safe, responsive). I have to leave as all of those positive factors disappeared. The final draw for me was RATS! I never saw one on my 3rd level appt but there were dead rats in the road and a nest by the dumpster. They also lowered the quality of tenets they let move in and made the place trashy. Glad to be long gone from that pit.
