Ariceli and The Flavor Studio were perfect for our Wine School event with Sabrina from the Tenuta Torciano Winery from San Gimignano, Italy. We were able to set up this “last minute” event with Ariceli, and she made it happen. The charcuterie meat and cheese board, with added touches of a small salad and a tasty special arancini ball, along with a small gelato dessert at the end of the tasting, matched so well with the variety of wines. Absolutely amazing. They excel at what they do. They always have unique and special foods, wines, whiskeys, and other novelty spirits to purchase. Wine tasting Fridays with snack pairing. Out of this world wine dinner pairings. I took my wife to their rose dinner pairing. They had unique choices and one that isn't even made anymore and high compliments to the chef.
