Absolutely horrible experience. The service was terrible, the wings weren’t even cooked fresh, and the employee actually admitted it. On top of that, we had to keep fanning flies away. That was more than enough for me. Poor service, questionable food quality, and an uncomfortable environment. I will NEVER go back to this place.

Not that its the locations fault..... but im getting really tired of kiosks and not speaking to an actual person. Lame.

While passing through Camden, of course I looked to Yelp for a place to get some dinner and the Flavor Lab came up as a best bet. Walking in to the restaurant, it seemed a bit sterile and is not inviting really in any way, so the ambience is not great. The staff was extremely friendly although as I started to order, I was told that they don’t allow you to substitute anything so the menu is pretty fixed. Buffalo wings were great. Fries too. Friend has the Texas Pete wings and enjoyed them. Hopefully get back before we leave town.

My experience started with being stared at when I walked in while the woman at the counter was assisting another customer. I wasn’t greeted by her or by the woman cooking in the back. The woman in the back then told the counter person to hop off the register for a little while, so I was left to place my order myself. After ordering, I went to sit at a dirty table. Luckily, I found some hand sanitizer and used it to wipe down the tabletop. On the positive side, the food came out fast, fresh, and hot. I ate a few fries and ask... read more
