This place has been a home for the last 3 to 4 years and have watched maintenance leave and come but... they've done amazing with hiring Lamar he's been great. Takes out the trash not only for myself but the neighbors as well. Very kind always helpful and gets the job done right the first time I'm glad to have him on our grounds it hasn't looked cleaner keep up the great work!!! Hire more like him!!!
This place has definitely changed. The maintenance team came through and fixed everything that needed to be done and extra. A very big upgrade from the past.. I enjoyed living here. Thanks team

Do not move here!!! I moved in last year & not even 3 days in I started seeing roaches & could never get rid of them. had a huge hole behind the stove that I told them about & they never came & fixed it which resulted in mice coming in my apartment. when pest control comes they leave a god awful smell you can't get rid of. the other tenants are extremely trifling. will leave trash in the hallways or spill something & not clean it up.
