The amount they want for rent for this place,in this neighborhood is ridiculous and the bullshit fees you guys try to add on and act like we need them and making us pay those fees because a few residents want to not trash the property,while the good tenants have to suffer is bullcrap,and you can never get ahold of corporate number and you guys hide behind only giving us the rental office number which sometimes rings and rings,and you can never get your problems resolved,and I have been a tenant here since these since you guy... read more
It’s a beautiful place. Very nice and quiet and peaceful. The maintenance guy was very helpful. And very good service..
Me personally, I don't live there, but I do know Jazzy. She was my mgr at another complex. She's great and a sweetheart. I know for a fact that she loves her tenants and their well-being. If there's any problems she will address them. Please don't disrespect her in any way. She won't deserve it. My bathroom where she was mgr before would not have been fully redone if it weren't for her. The regional mgr had work orders from me for three years and never did anything about it. Jazzy politicioned for it to be done. I love her
