moved into these apartments This month and we have been treated with nothing but greatness. Daisy and Ericka have been great at communicating and quick to help our questions and concerns when we have any.

Out in the middle of nowhere west richland and you can't have any grills or bbqers of any kind and yet they charge a premium price
Oh boy where do I start. Since moving in, in February, I’ve had non stop issues with management- Specifically Erika. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been threatened fines for smoking and not picking up dog droppings with no proof multiple times now. the manager Daisy “saw me with her own eyes”.. I dont smoke and haven’t ever smoked & I pick up after my dog. They keep walking past my unit trying to sneakily take photos to find something to violate me with.. caught them on camera.
