I've been impressed with The Flats. The building is a bit smaller than others in the area (in number of units), which means management can give genuine attention to each resident rather than treating tenants like ticket numbers. The building itself is well-designed and clearly cared for by the maintenance staff. Neighbors are friendly and I haven't had any noise issues, which matters more than people realize when you're actually living somewhere. Professional, spotless, immediate maintenance and the community events and small personal touches make this place a gem! Plus I love the British vibe.
Great place to live! In a safe area, walkable from many awesome places, and a quick drive from downtown. A lot of storage space and updated amenities. Maintenance is quick, and management is communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!!
