We’ve lived at the Flats coming up on 5 years this August. We moved into our apartment when phase 1 was first built. Through the years we’ve had multiple property managers and staff until around year 3 when Aaron and Clara took over the leasing office. These two ladies have been the absolute best. They are always available to answer questions and help in any way they can. They truly make you feel like family and I know they honestly care about our community here at the Flats. I've had a wonderful experience living at this apartment community. From the very beginning, the application process was fast, easy, and completely stress-free.
