I love it here. The apartments are new. The office staff is amazing! I live in a roomy one bedroom. Washer and dryer hookups. The one minor problem I had in the 14 months I've lived here was fixed quickly. The only negative is I live near US 75 and the road noise is constant, but even then it's like white noise. I have zero complaints. There's a grill by the pool. A pool table in the clubhouse! Free coffee. Garage and storage if you need it. Even a "Bark Park". 10/10 recommend. If you decide to move in, tell them I sent you!
Briana(The Manager) is an a amazing, professional and work hard, she took care of any issue right away. Update, Also Mat works really hard to keep up with property. Update, Mr. Ken the maintenance technician is very hard worker, very professional and efficient. Mr. Ken very kind, helpful and He goes out of way to help residents, thank you Ken. Also Mr. Oscar Hernandez, is very professional, helpful and courteous. Not to forget Ms. Clara she is very nice and kind.
Their response is always prompt. Well done. It's a great place to live in. You will absolutely love it here
Well, I just have to say, I couldn’t be more pleased with this lovely place. The grounds are always kept so neat and pretty, and it’s nice and peaceful around here, just the way I like it. The office staff are as kind as can be and always ready to lend a helping hand. It truly feels like home, and I’m grateful to be here. Five stars from me!
I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over a year now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. Clara and Aaron in the office are absolutely amazing.they are some of the kindest, most helpful, and sweetest people you could ever meet.
