My apartment is great! I can’t even hear my neighbors and I love the view we have of the river! It is perfect for my growing family!

Tires were stolen from two cars last night next to each other and one more a few weeks ago. They were parked right under the street lamp by the entrance of the apartment. Indicative of the area, so be aware. Community has gates at entrances but are not in use. Apartment unit had roaches in the past but it was resolved. Picture for proof.
My brother rents from them and last night his and another car got their tires stolen off their cars in the middle of the night!!! They have gates but supposably doesn’t work. Not safe at all. Would not recommend staying here
