Parking can be a problem late at night. Otherwise, I like the place.
I have been having issues with management since I moved in. Most recently my air just would stop working randomly and it happened 3 times within the span of a month. I reached out and spoke to the community manager Jaki each time and he couldn’t care less telling me it’s “not an emergency if it’s not over 80 degrees outside” while it was 76 degrees outside and 84 degrees in the apartment. My apartment is great! I can’t even hear my neighbors and I love the view we have of the river! It is perfect for my growing family!
