Management be worried about everything but the living stances. A/c been out for a week and I have a dog. I ask if a/c will be fixed several times. they lied saying somebody fixing it. Nobody was at our building.
I won’t be looking into leasing with these people next year. Whoever I spoke with is very rude and not helpful at all.
Don’t rent here! The rent is cheap but you pay for what you get! Apartments with no ac and rats infestation. Water bill and other utilities are crazy expensive due to the fact the water temperature doesn’t work and they say it’s not fixable so you’re stuck paying sky rocket bills. And people are loud and party Friday-Sunday all through the morning. It’s cheap but go spent a couple hundreds more somewhere else cause it’s not worth your money and time renting here.
David, the new maintenance man, has taken care of my A/C leak issue in 30 minutes or less. Amazing work he has done! I had 3 buckets in my kitchen, and it was hard to be comfortable hearing water droplets all throughout the night. Thank you, David, for alleviating my headache.
