They paid a $50 application fee and completed the process through their third-party “second chance renters”, received an approval confirmation with a set move-in date, and then out of nowhere was denied with no explanation. Do NOT move into these apartments. I only lived here for a month before someone broke into my unit while I was sleeping. I filed a police report and provided proof, yet management showed zero remorse or concern. They refused to let me break my lease and never even followed up to check on my safety or fix the broken window. On top of that, there are homeless people constantly in front of the property — they even started a fire right outside. absolutely do not live here. do not move here, do not even tour here because the units they show you will not be the unit you move into. there is a group of men that sit right in front of the neighborhood 24/7. roaches. frequent solicitors who are creepy and don’t take no for an answer and harassed my friend who lived here multiple times. if you live here you better hope nothing breaks in your apartment, because maintenance isn’t going to fix it for MONTHS. no heat in the winter for months is crazy because maintenance team +... read more
After being good tenants for a good year they played us DIRTY for our security deposit . DIDNT RETURN NOTHING .We did nothing but all the right things living there .That being said if you love hearing gun shots randomly thru out the day or night this the place for you .NOT A SAFE AREA AT ALL.
