So far, no issues. Staff is friendly. Community is nice and calm. They keep the geounds clean and the lawn cut. Dumpsters are dumped frequently. Overall it’s a good place.

I had an excellent experience touring The Flats @1885, and Talya was a huge part of what made the visit so positive. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming.
