I was greeted immediately when I came through the office door the two young ladies that was sitting there it was actually lunchtime. There are some issues that arise due to management being TO soft or from simply not staying on top of their "game". Out of sight ... out of mind! Upkeep isn't great, unless you were to live in the leasing office, then its spot on!
