Absolutely amazing company. Flat pack may seem daunting, but Marc is honestly there every step of the way. My husband put everything together super quickly, and anything he had trouble with, mark was just a call or email away and Marc always responded promptly. Cannot fault The flat pack kitchen co! Quality is amazing and customer service is second to none. Highly recommend these guys!
The service from Marc and the team has been exceptional. I have used flat packs from Bunnings in the past, but the quality of these products far out ranks these. The design process was easily to follow making customisation a breeze. I was able to get the exact size I wanted meaning no need of infill panels and wasted space. While the products are not expensive, the quality of the products is exceptional! Very highly recommend!
Marc is kind, helpful, generous and knowledgeable. I was very lost in trying to organise an update to my kitchen and he has gone above and beyond in offering his time and expertise. The cabinets and laminate benchtops ordered for my DIY laundry reno were fantastic. Mark was very helpful during the design process and provided additional tips on delivery. The ordering software was very easy to use and the pricing transparent and reasonable. Compared to bunnings and ikea flatpack I found the quality superior, a far greater range of finishes and the ability to specify precise cabinet dimensions for no extra cost. I.e.
