This place is such a beautiful little space. I hosted my daughter’s baby shower here and it accommodated 30+ ppl comfortably. There’s an open kitchen space and beautiful furniture. Plenty of parking in the back. Every guest raved how perfect it was. Highly recommend this place!

Oh my how we love The Flat! I am the Director / and a Coach at Evolve Volleyball Club in Rockwall! We use this incredible space for all of our meetings outside of the volleyball court! We meet and watch game film, we have mental performance lessons and lots of team bonding here! We love how you can come in and it feels like HOME!. You don't have to decorate at all as it is already the perfect space for any occasion!! You must check it out!
