The service from The Flash Electric was terrible. The technician showed up late, acted like he was in a hurry, and didn’t fix the issue completely. The power problem came back within hours. I’m not using them again.
Once I receive an estimate to perform the job from Eric, "later next week" never happened. Turned ghost!
Eric was set up to come to my house at 3:30pm one day, and I called him once at 4pm and once at 4:30pm. Eric has ignored every single one of my texts and phone calls since he no-showed me (5 days now). Absolutely terrible customer service. I would never want to rely on this guy for coming to one of my jobs again!
The Flash Electric is completely unreliable. They gave me a time window but arrived hours late. The electrician seemed distracted and did a sloppy job. My breaker keeps tripping even after their so-called “repair.”
